DBF Manager v2.57.272 changes:

Fixed problem with opening dbf files into existing instance of the program
Fixed problem with 0×20202020 values in Integer field
Fixed bug with setting exclusive mode when an index file is opened
Added Set Scope On/Off menu items
Added stod() function for use in index expressions
Some minor bugs were fixed
