DBF Manager v1.0 build 1030 is released.

DBF Manager changes:

• Fixed bug zap/pack records in the tables.
• Added import function.
• Improved export function.
• Added possibility of changing columns setiings, like title, width, visible.
• Added possibility of adding lookup definition for columns.
• Added read/store columns settings for the tables.
• Added help file.
